Have you got the software?

I have some ebooks, I tried uploading to my esnips account, so you could download them from my area on esnips. but esnips seems not to be working correctly. Just to check, these are the books, if you need them, I can try esnips 2morrow, but if you have them already then that wont be needed:

I see, then it is installed with a network license.

Best bet is to speak to "computer support desk" in the department/lab. They should be able to handle the issue.

Likely they removed (or are rationing the licenses), so ur install cant retrieve a license. For us, things like that happen only for very very special software (like SBED, Cougar etc) for which we dont have enough licenses. Speaking to Computer support usually sorts out the problem (they acquire more licenses and make them available, even if it is temporal license sef). I think u should ask them.

If that doesnt yield result, we can explore uploading/downloading my copy, which u should install to your own private PC / laptop (not the labs PC or laptops)
