Solve this puzzle

A man has a goat, a wolf, and a head of cabbage. He comes to a river that has no bridge, but a small boat to cross the river. The boat can hold only one of the three things he has. If he takes over the wolf first, the goat will eat the cabbage. If he take over the cabbage first, the wolf will eat the goat. How does he solve the problem?[/b]

The easiest way to solve the problem is to forget about the problem!

Haba lanlife! This one is suposed to be a common puzzle now.

ACTUALLY, there are multiple answers to this puzzle, here is just one:

Lets say current position is A, and across the river is B:

1. Take goat across to B.

2.Return back to A and take wolf across to B, drop the wolf at B, but bring the goat back to A.

3. Now at A, take the cabbage across to B. Leave the goat at A.

4. come back to A and take the goat back to B. At this point, me, my wolf, my goat and cabbage will all be at B.

I think a more difficult poser is to limit the number of trips accross the river I will make. There is even the Dynamic puzzle you can play, more like the Gulder ultimate search thing.

I have keys that open no locks, I have space, but there is no room, You can enter, but you can't go in. What am I?

This one is a lil bit more difficult to decipher!

but again you can find 2 answers to this puzzle depending on where you are coming from. The most correct of my 2 answers is: a KEYBOARD.

Explanation: Keyboards have keys; there is a "Space" key, and also an "Enter" key. I cant find any room on my keyboard, and I cant go into my keyboard.

If this doesnt meet the bill, I will let you have my second answer.

It is a self descriptive puzzle - puzzles that give you a clue - So the answer must include part of the question (or the description)

Actually, this one is one of the worst I have seen. Poor puzzles (like this) either let you have a big clue or will have multiple answers. For every puzzle I see, I try to get at least 2 answers, this one has at least 5!

Off all possible answers, my top pick will be command-LINE.

Another example of descriptive puzzles(very common) is: I am a very dangerous CITY on earth, what am I? I guess you know the answer is ELECTRICITY. But I can also argue that nowadays it is PORT HARCOURT CITY
