We hired a 3rd class recently and his performace has been so outstanding..
i have not stopped wondering that.. is this 3rd class thing not just about pali?
The guy sef dey outperform some 2.1s from our highly rated federal univs..

This is a living proof and i can say that again.

3rd class is just a view of some people of a part of u.. not really a total estimation of your capabilities.

We will get there...

Well, All what I know is that what we are been faced here outside any a little to do with what we did in scholl, especially we that we are I.T world... So whether 3rd class or 10th Class, it is what you can do that matters...dont be deterred with those banks or establishments that shouts 2nd class minimum and the stuffs, get enof certification and improve yourself practically and to tell you the fact...You will be begged to work. Know what you can do and pursue it...We'll get there
