For the guys preparing/planning to write the GRE exam, lets share tuts within this post.

The GRE exam is very challenging. U wld most likely need to spend 80% of ur prep time on the Verbal aspect as u wld need to add abt 5,000 new words to ur vocab.

If ur dream is to school in the US, then consider taking the exam. Ur GRE score serves asa pointer to how intelligent u are, and this gives u a chance to get full scholarship for ur masters program in the US.

Hi all, i say a very good Barons book(2005/2006) at Ikeja 3days ago. Anybody who wants to write GRE shgould go get it at one of those small small book sellers at Ikeja. The price is is 2.5k (whithout pricing it yet).
Infact that book alone is enough to bash a very hight score in GRE!

Please contact me on how I can get registered for GRE exam.I've applied to some schools in oversee but they are asking for my GRE result. I aam presently in Niger state for my NYSC but there is no place here to register for the exam.Hope to hear from u soon.

The test center is Touche, there is one in VI Lagos at Abagbon close off Adeolaodeku, while there is another center at Abuja also. But i tink that of Lagos is more reliable.

You can register for the gre through this website: usastudyinfo.com. I registered for both the GRE and TOEFL through it. It is owned by a Nigerian lady based in Atlanta, she accepts naira payment into her account in Nigeria. It's faster and you can trust her because I did the same thing. I have written the exams and got my scores. Goodluck
