Has any of you folks read any motivational book recently, pls do share your experience with us. Simply tell us about the book and tell us about the central message of the book.
You can as well recommend any good motivational books for us to read.
Anxiuosly awaiting you guys response.

Yes ooo, this would help people like me wey no dey read motivational bookss :roll:

It seams i get more motivated wen a friend tells me abt the message they get from motivational books.
It would be great if i can have a share of that from u guys on careersng.

Motivational book is simply any book that can help you become what you desire to become that is of benefit to yourself and the entire society.
There are diverse of these books, some are religious while some are not. Not all Christian or any religious book for that matter is motivational but some are. Most Christian motivational books emphasize on your believing in yourself and God while others non-Christian motivational books simply emphasize more on you as a person. Depending on your religious stance but sure there is a meeting point for both.

Motivational books could be in the form of biography or autobiography of individual that has contributed positively to the society; it could be books on leadership, self-development and actualization.
In summary any book that makes you believe in your dream and destiny is a motivational book. On this note to the Christians you will agree with me that the greatest motivational book is the Bible.

The following are the main things motivational book can do for you.
1Provide you with proven Success Principles that are simple, inspirational and motivational to help you to achieve better results in your relationship, work, and business.
2. Get you out of your Comfort Zone so as to demand more out of life.

I read the biography of Obafemi Awolowo sometime in 2003, it gave me the courage and resolute determination to go for my dream in life. In the book he stated how a friend of his refused lending him money for his degree programme in UK despite the friend has the money to do that. As God would have it he was able to secure fund elsewhere for the programme.
On his returning home for his political career, whenever he visited this friend he always see the quilt of How I wish I have contributed to this man's progress when it was much needed. I then concluded do unto men all good you can provided it is within your capabilty.

Author: Napoleon Hill

This is one book everyone ought to read. It is made up of 13 chapters/principles.
It teaches you the necceasry factor/ingredients that ought to be in place for you to truly live a glorious life and make impact on your generation.

While we all buy good clothe to decorate our body. It is also worthwhile we buy good books to decorate and enhance our destiny.

for us upgrade our mental capacities; we need books
to overhaul our thought processes;

i advise us to watch out in the new year for continuing series of the difference factor-

books are a key.

Through books we are able to rub minds with greater minds.
There are several individual who read their way through to greatness, the likes of Benjamin Franklin, Michael Faraday, Bill Gate and others.
Being educated is not all about going to schools (primary, secondary and tertiary institutions). Education is all about getting what you want without violating the right of others.
I therefore encouraged everyone of us to sharpen and developed our minds.
Our formal education has indeed provioded us the much needed tool i.e literacy (ability to read and write). Pls use this great tool to get yourself educated.
Remember,there is no much difference between a man that can read but does not read and a man that can not read.
