Anyone got info on fees of UNILAG MSc Programs? I am interested in M.Sc. Operations Research.

Thanks Fowe for your feedback. When I checked on UNILAG website, OR is offered in the Business Administration Department, which I think is appropriate since OR is a kind of Management Science. I agree that OR techniques are applicable in a wide range of disciplines, of which Engineering wouldn't be left out.

At this time, I am yet to decide on what research area I'll be engaged in since I don't have very good clarity on what options are available; perhaps you'd be able to guide me here...

Any approximate ideas on how much I'd have to budget for this? I understand next M.Sc. admissions start around March 2011.

Hello Fowe,

Been doing some sort of google search for materials on OR, and have come up with several. Wondering if you have some that you can share.

I have located books by Hillier and Lieberman, Wayne Winston and Hamdy A. Taha. All seem to be authorities in the field.

I am looking for materials that offer advanced treatment on the subject.

Not that I am interested, but we could do with a profile of the type of candidate being sought (e.g possible backgroung, experience/exposure etc).
