Am not just talking the political jingo thing but a real synergy with purpose at heart and an undying spirit to discover, conquer, overcome and establish. That is the core at the heart of research and many success. A syndrome far from the nature of many.

Synergy also means an indominable force!!! Start an indominately move with purpose of heart. Success is never a result of chance but of purpose! Make an army fixed on a purpose to achieve. This can be in any realm of or aspect of our lives and living.

Hey, it might be a marriage(hello, dnt shift the focus here, its just an example).

Synergy is synchronizing energy. Energy can equals ideas or any cool thing.

The other side of that coin is this; what can you do for others? e.g webdesigner needs a guy who has connxn for reliable servers.

It doesnt take hard work to form a synergy and it takes away a load lot of hardwork when a good synergy is effected.

It is more interesting to do special favors for people who are doing same for you or show very high likelihood to do such. We dislike deadsea fellas when it comes to synergy.

In addition to your point and to encourage our regular guestsss &members on CNG who does not like to make any post but likes to read only
I would not be surprised that two guestss might be online simultaneously and they would be complaining that this forum doesn't even have the information they wanted...not knowing that both of them have answers to each others quest!
That is if they had posted something, both parties would have gotten what they wanted and problem solved!
The greatest synergy of all times that i know is Open Source!

Great video.

I had a negative bias as I saw Oprah giving the speech.

I have heard a couple of things about her and did hear her myself on one occasion disputing faith etc.

I wanted to harden my heart before giving her a chance.

But, lately I have been wondering; " why do we just want to hear something that re-inforces our belief or something that someone we hold in high esteem has said".

I have not found the answer yet, perhaps it is just meant to be rhetorical.

I mean at times I feel good with someone's comments because my pastor had said that same thing before.

Another thought pattern is, so often I see and hear people attribute one factor or event to an outcome in the midst of so many others. Take for instance, contextually, earlier posts on love, preparation & God factor being the reasons for the Eagles successive wins.

Economics tells us that something is valid when other things are equal, ceteris paribus.

Science says that this factor influences another when other factors are kept constant, e.g. Gas Law.

Mathematicians try to see the effect of one variable on another by differentiation etc.

But Jesus said that LOVE is the fufilment of the commandment: Love God and others.

Now we have to qualify love because it is in different forms and shapes these days.

I guess everything else can be summed up in L.O.V.E

A little addition to that is that if only Nigerians can start the sharing mentalities with productive people and leave behind parochial fellows in the band, we will be able to compete very favourably with the west. Its not that they (the west) dont have funny minds too but they achieved discipline. Discipline of nothing good goes for nothing. Notice, am not saying we adopt that strictus santus. But we should share only with those who have potential to progress. Maybe am saying what am saying in too many words but I guess its for the clarity. We should not be putting our efforts in teaching students who don't pay attention to lessons or show signs of wanting to (in a say school scenario), in the name of selflessness and not being selfish.

Now, these are my opinion. You can do it the other way and tell the results later.
