I finished with a 2nd class lower division.Lagos may not be too bad.

From personal experience and starts i ve gathered...many guys wit you qualification. either go through aptitude test pyramid and pass it yo get a job in d bank or if lucky wit info an oil company.
While others might pick up IT skills Certifications.
And get a job true that.
