I graduated from University of Lagos in 2007 with M.A. in English Language. I wish to proceed for my Ph.D on the same discipline or any related field. My choice place are Europe, Canada, New Zealand or Austrialia. W will appreciate if you can give me scholarship information of these places.

Many schools in the USA and canada will provide funding at the time of admission. U just need to search and choose and apply. You can easily see schools with this programs here http://www.petersons.com or http://www.princetonreview.com.
I'm guessing Australia will provide funds too.

Commonwealth scholarship may also be helpful.
As suggested by BNS most US institutions will readily give scholarship.

Apart from in UK as I know, almost every where in Europe, when they offer a PhD it is as good an employment cos you will be reasonably paid. You will be paid instead of you paying. I am in the science line so can not give info on that but can offer some for sciences especially Physics related ones.
