Recent experiences garnered (from folks) have shown that the main hurdle of securing that job rests on performance in interviews...
A lot of my friends have complained of late that after passing test and going for interview...thats the last they hear...so folks, lets deal with this issues once and for all...

I plan rolling out questions (relating to interview ones) and lets feel free to answer (even if u goof, we go correct ourselves)...and get somewhere...
Interviews can be very funny and frustrating @times...esp. with the consulting coys, diamond bank, and some oil coys...

so test is just a level, interview na anoda level...infact it might even be series of interviews (2/3/4 stages of interviews)...

well, a little from my experience @ interviews...

* Wen I went for ABB Interview

It was a panel interview [comprising an expartriate lady, Sandra and an inpartriate man, Chris

]
Sandra: yea, I am Sandra Oguntuga, HR Manager; He is Chris, Senior IT Engineer. Tell us about yourself?
Jiggo: [Blabbing inwards] I am Jiggo...Male, Age, Qualifications, Experience, Skills...etc
Sandra: Hmm, wat do U know about ABB?
Jiggo: [downloading from my head by help of their site] ABB is a power generating company, robotics, power systems, Process Automation, Automation Process, Control Systems...blah blah blah
Sandra [nodding]: Wat training av u gone thru.
Jiggo: A lot and still training, both online and offline.
Sandra: Give examples
