Who am I
This is the question of identity.it is very unfortunate today that many people do not even know who they are.
i mean what are your interests, values and your character (personality). This is very essential before anybody can take a career decision. This actually account for one of the major reasons why many are not happy with their jobs. They act against their values, their job violates their interest and their personality has been wounded. while many are under-productive on their jobs, others are already frustrated with no trace to reason for thier miserable life and career.
