Very difficult aspect of progress chart primarily bcos of d fear of unknown.

Hi guys,the year 2008 is here and this is a period where most people make/take decisions.I want us to peruse and explore the world of Decision making.
For me,i see Decision making as not just a Verb but an Art and or maybe a Skill.
Some questions arise here;
What should be considered when making/taking decisions?
What makes a Decision right?
Are Decisions always convenient?
Guys lets have ur opinions on this cos I believe everyone has been to that Crossroad where a Decision was taken either right or wrong.

Fowe thanks for the reproduction.
Lets look at an overview analysis of those points and squeeze inferences from it that will be useful to Current and Prospective visitors to careersNG

Fowe from the points you have outline,i can infer U are of the opinion that once a Decision has been made,it should not be changed.
If otherwise,what happens if 4 years into ones 15yrs plan,the goal changes?
Does it mean the process was faulty at the initial stage or changing a decision is not bad since it leads to another decision making itself?
