Abeg I need clarification on this subject matter.
What is the US trying to acheive with their annual Visa lottery.
Is it worth it? I just hope it is not another form of slavery.

Well, for other countries i can't say,
though i still think for a country to have
announced lottery for all it means they have
a purpose and definately have something
to give and Ultimately, better to gain
