Use a better Antivirus; Mcafe or Norton.
U could also findout about Mcafe online scanning...

Sorry for the late reply. You have the Sasser worm, and McAfee or Norton from my experience aren't that good at cleaning it up. Try Anti-Vir if you are looking for a free anti virus, or if you have money to spend, go for the best: Zone Alarm.
