Pls, I am a 24 years old young lady. I have B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering (second class lower) from University Of Nigeria Nsukka. I graduated in year 2005. I have an interest of working in the bank, I.T company or Oil and Gas Copmpany.
Kindly assist me by giving me correct info on how and where to get job in any of the above mentioned job institutions

There are frequent ads that are posted in here. Also try Guardian Newpaper (Tuesday edition, the last time I checked though).

While you are waiting for the opportunity, get ready for it: get Aptitude test materials, interview preperation guides, etc. And get yourself ready.

I worry when almost graduates wants to work in the bank even the engineers,linguist, scientist,etc

What surprises me most or rather i'l say the Paradox of the whole situation is that those working in the Bank want to leave at all cost while a lot more dey struggle to enter.

Do they use the brains in the banks?

How then can they have brain drain. I think they use experience not brains because most of them probably learnt on the job or grow their knowlege. Its not what they studied in the first place.

Yes it would happen!
It gradually happening because those who actually want a career will find the Bank boring without exciting challenges.
The Oil&Gas industry don't service individuals like the bank does and so there is so much activity that wears the bank workers down and mind u, It is a Continuous and daily activity.
In essence, the Good ones are leaving to other sectors and those moving within the bankin sector will rather be in the Operations dept.
Yes the Pay will make people stay on the short run but on the Long run,people will burn out and reach their peak quite early.A Move will be Next on their mind.

well what do u want those that want to pursue their career to do when all the places they want to apply to are asking for nothing less than 2yrs post NYSC working experience. after enuf frustration they then opt for a bank offer. i pray my situation wont reach that peak cos i so much dread working in a bank . am not posing or being too selective but i will like to work in my field of study for some years.

If what Oneugo says is correct then everyone can then use the banking industry as a springboard fast route to destination. That destination may not be career in your field in the popular sense, but a means to gather funds for personal enrichment to begin a prospective project like a small scale industry, or venture, preliminary investment in stocks or travel abroad or further schooling.
