Really at Ikeja bustop, you are likely to see adverts of TOEFL lessons and those guys know about the registration locally. Just be careful that they dont exploit your pocket before they give you what you need.

http://www.ets.org for details. Nija seems to be off the list of places you can book for exam online and you may need up to three months on the queue to get a date with the physical centre.

Same also at Obalende and some areas in VI. I cant even remeber the street. The Place approved for these exams in lagos is in VI somewhere in the area behind the Post office there on the street on which Mike adenuga has that his big house. Cant rem d names. Guess Adeola Odeku Street is where Mike Adenuga's house is. Just go around there and burn out your sole and you should find the place and centre.
