A reputable Manufacturing Company with factories in Lagos and Northern Nigeria urgently requires suitable and qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions:
AUDITOR
THE JOB:
The role provides support for the Head, Internal Audit with responsibility for the company and its subsidiaries in Lagos and Northern Nigeria. Carry out auditing of management accounts and financial statistics. Make input to preparation and implementation of audit processes and procedures in all departments within the company and the implementation of all internal controls.
THE PERSON:
Degree qualified (B.SC/HND) in Accounting with minimum of 3 years experience in Auditing. Knowledge of financial and accounting standards is prerequisite for this job. Experience in a Multinational Manufacturing Company will be a good complement for the holder of this job. Professional ceritification such as ICAN or ACCA is mandatory with hands-on experience in the use of Microsoft suites and other accounting packages. Ideal age is between 25 and 35 years.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
THE JOB:
This role requires the preparation of financial accounts, management accounts, cashflow forecast and various financial reports for the organization. The job will support the Finance Manager in producing monthly accounts and other adhoc reports. This position will also assist in developing treasury management process and reporting for the company.
THE PERSON:
Degree qualified (B.SC/HND) in Accounting with professional certification i.e ACCA or ICAN. Good knowledge of business inter-relationship of all departments in a multinational environment is a prerequisite for this position. Experience in world class Financial Services Company will also be a good add-on. The ideal age for the person is between late 20’s and early 30’s.
PAYROLL OFFICER
THE JOB:
This role will support the Payroll Manager in the preparation analysis and accounts on regular basis. Will have responsibility for generating and executing monthly payroll as and when due. Interpret and implement all legal requirements with respect to pension reforms Act, Employee Compensation Act, PAYEE and other mandatory deductions.
THE PERSONS:
Degree qualified (B.SC/HND) in Accounting or other Management Sciences. ICAN or ACCA Certificate will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate for this job must be versatile in the use of Microsoft suites and other accounting packages. Analytical abilities, attention to details and honestly are required to be successful on this job. The person must be able to work and interact with all categories of people within the organization. The ideal age required is between 24 and 30 years.
