TO BE DONE NATIONALLY IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2006.
THE ABOVE POSITION HAS THEREFORE BEEN DIVIDED INTO 2
CATEGORIES TO ACHIEVE THIS AIM :
1.EXECUTIVE MARKETERS
2. PRINCIPAL MARKETERS
CATEGORY A(EXECUTIVE MARKETERS)
This position is the highest marketing position
,amongst our crew of marketers,individuals seeking
this position must satisfy the following criteria:
ľ Must be able to speak polished English ,and posses
high level of intelligence and self confidence
ľ Must be a motivator and strategist,should be able
to write a proposal,marketing plan,develop marketing
concepts\strategy and implement it excellently.
ľ In fulfillment of his employment\recruitment
requirements he\ she must establish his or herself as
an exceptional field \quality marketer by meeting a
target of 50 listings and 10 and advertorials within 6
week.Furthermore he is to receive between 10-20%
commission on each listing and adverts, as well as a
positon as marketing manager(telecoms,oil and gas
,S.M.Es ..e.t.c..)
ľ He meets the board of directors ,when necessary and
may work as team or independently ,make relevant
modifications to existing plans to obtain results.
CATEGORY B(PROFESSIONAL MARKETERS)
This category of marketers reach out to basically
small and medium enterprises S.M.E,s,as well as
private sector individuals, professional bodies
..(NIGERIAN INTERNET GROUP, FATE FOUNDATION¡K¡K.)they
must also possess the following requirements:
ľ Must be able to speak polished English and possess
a high level of self confidence
ľ Must be a motivator , and strategist
ľ Must be able to write,design ,and strategise a
market plan ,as well as full implementation.
ľ In fufilment of his employment requirement he /
she must establish himself as an exceptional field
/quality marketer by meeting a target of 100 listings
within 8 weeks.
ľ In fulfilling the above he is to receive between
10% -20% commission on each listing as well as a
position of principal marketing executive ,which
entitles him to a monthly salary.
ľ Finally,he is to attend a monthly meeting (Market
review meeting) to review his set
targets,requirements,challenges and receive his next
project.
ALL QUALIFICATIONS STATED COVER ALL JOB SPECIFICATIONS
AND REQUIREMENTS ABOVE FOR BOTH EXECUTIVE AND
PRINCIPAL MARKETERS.
„« Must be intelligent and able to use initiative
„« Must possess ,an OND , HND ,B ¡V TECH, B.A ,B.sc ,
with personal marketing experience.
„« Prospective employees could also qualify for the
job with C.I.A, ICAN ,CIBN or any relevant
professional qualification.
