forty years and many days I complain to my staff that we
require rain to feed our crops although the current
gloomy s e a s o n seems to be fitting our farming sector well...
You say that R6 billion rand per day gets exchanged per day
and I would say it's more in the R200 billion rand range
that gets traded by farmers not only with other farmers
but a whole list of stock brokers, entrepreneurs, business
personalities and other community leaders that see the
gain for grain...When it comes to farming one has to
see the opportunity to add value to
the food sector of
South Africa but also the major
IMPORT AND EXPORT
market of South Africa...
Our banana's, beetroot's, sugar-cane,
sweet-melon, paw-paw and other goods can be eaten
by the Japanese...
Juana Mosega: Thank you Omar for having me on this
show and I always watch your show...I want to say that
our farming whites of South Africa has capsuled the market
when it comes to the farming sector of South Africa...89% of
food produce are by our whites and our consumers are scattered
all over the country...What we should do as BEE companies
is utilize the employment of these farmers to our blacks
as our country requires the skill of the black man...

can farmers produce better grain with reports in the local newspaper
that processed foods were harmful to residents...
Mr. Johannes Shultz: When it comes to processing foods,
they are the worst foods to buy because their nutrients are
drained out so no nutrition will be available when it comes
to feeding the body with energy...Our farmers wholesale
mass qualities of goods to Pick 'n Pay, Makro, Trade Centre,
Woolworths, Shoprite, Massmart and other distributors for the
purpose of 'the best quality...' Can foods or processed goods
is not in line with farming methods and we sell the products to
our consumers who then process the goods into canned goods...

of the community...South Africa has a total of 9600 wards
and each community is led by the ward councillor...The President
of the country meets and socializes with these ward councillors
on a monthly basis to receive feedback from community findings...

from school children to retired personalities...??
Mr Jacques Fourie: I have been a councillor for the last 18 years
and the majority of people support me, because I have something
called 'people-power...' If you are a teenager or retired personality,
than take advantage of your community by hosting projects that would
involve the community...The Muslim Business Association, The Christian
Business Forum, The Zionist Christian Church and The Jewish Fez are
all organizations developed to support community involvement...When it
comes to teenagers they can support local bazaar's, circus's, host
fun-walks and engage in 'free community work,' by working
for orphanages, and schools for FREE...There is no set way to
get involved...It's like baking a cake-you either bake it or you don't-
but you have to get your hands in the mix...

in Nelson Mandela Avenue in Johannesburg where we are joined again by two guests
who can perhaps add an impact to your life...In studio today, we have Museum Caretaker

What, Who and When were the the important turnarounds in South African history that
the school-kid watching can learn and the houswife who wants to romance her husband
learn from the Johannesburg National Museum...??
Hannes Botha: We are standing infront of the Rooiklaas, which is South Africa's
flagship helicopter...If your were to sit into the pilot's seat you would be able to
see the technology in the 1940's...You can see that the pilots gears are only three
when today's helicopters have more than eight gears one flight...You can also
see the propeller is V-shaped and today we have the W shaped propeller on the
top and on the wings...If you were to follow me, you were to see the first dinosaur
bones ever discovered in South Africa on the Eastrand more than 30 000 years ago...
These bones were dug up by hyena's in search of food...This was the Ceratosauria
which was about 12 feet tall- and at that time-MAN could stand 12 feet tall...In those
days, the times of our holy prophets of Mankind, Man were giants to say the least...Today's
tallest man in the world would be the average height of a Man living 30 000 years...
Angela Wilson: Well said Hannes and I would like to say that according to your
question Omar, it's good to learn something new from your husband or wife because
it imprents postive memories in her h e a r t and soul...The Museum is the largest in South Africa,
which is about 28 hectares if you include the battlefield stadium on the left wing...There is a lush
garden and a tea garden so that tourists can tune into the atmosphere of the museum...We
have gems and other artifacts on show here ranging from over five million years ago...
Omar Abdulla: What memories have we left from South Africa's release from The British
more than 200 years ago...??
Hannes Botha: In those days, South Africa
was the National Tribune of Trade
as sailors, traders, businessman,
and other village workers would dock
their ships at our harbour...They would spend 20 days to trade their goods
for cash and perhaps if they lucky get their son or daughter married...The Indians
often brought their daughters to South Africa to find husbands...If you were
to turn the clock more than 3000 years ago, women were regarded as
slaves and often buried by their fathers in the hope for sons...What this
Museum has is a classic example of science discoveries, mathamatical
discoveries, biological discoveries, business discoveries and other
super natural discoveries that changes the thought of MAN for centuries...
Omar Abdulla: What are some of the discoveries that this Museum has, that
has changed evolution...??
Angela Wilson: We have meteors that exploded more than 2500 years ago,
we have South Africa's first wheel exported from The United States, We have
Alexandar Graham Bell's 1910 telephone, we have the old hubble telescope
that you can see the planet Venus during Sunset...These are some of our
scientific artifacts at the Museum...In our biological section we have gases
that can make balloons float, we have samples of gunpowder and tobacco that

by the United States and still operate in South African prisons...Our prison
systems are very much perplexed from our African neighbours as gangs
form as a foundation of friendship in prisons...These criminals who are
serving more than 10 years are known as GANG 29, whilst GANG members
serving less than ten years but more than two years are known as GANG 28 members
whilst prisoners who are behind bars for less than two years are known as GANG 27...
It is unfortunate that these thugs have l e a r n t these gang tactics and systems
from their wayward childhood in the rural schools they were brought up in...

and never to repeat their legacy...I don't like to mention names, but
if you are a policeman, an emergency worker, a nurse, a locksmith
or any profession, the law will punish you if you fail to abid by our
legislation...In 100 years from today, I like to think that we are
still human beings as being a human being is the most
supernatural element of our existance...The American's
have set a sample to the world and we should learn
from these media monsters because they have a thing to
learn from South African's-and that is personality...
