LLB (Hons) with minimum of second class lower division from a
reputable University
B.L with minimum of second class lower division
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years post call experience acquired from a well
established law firm in Nigeria or acquired from a reputable private
limited by share in Nigeria
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The right candidate must have sound knowledge, skills and sound experience in:
Litigation in superior courts of records
Contracts review and negotiation
RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate must have the skills and ability to appraise and
negotiate complex Contract, Engineering and Construction contracts as
they relate to the
Nigerian telecoms projects
Ability to work independently
