FINANCIAL MANAGER HR-FM01
The successful applicant will be responsible for heading the Finance and Accounts function of the company. Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statement, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
Responsibility include
• Prepare profit and loss statement and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
• Manage the company’s cash positions
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger account, and document business transactions, this will be performed via the company’s automated financial system Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Develop the annual operating budget and consult with the departmental management on the fiscal aspect of program planning, salary recommendations and other administrative actions. Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff.
Software developer HR-SD02
The successful candidate should be able to analyze, design, develop and maintain software solutions to meet with client requirements
Responsibility include
• Assist in software application development on various platforms
• Linux and windows operating systems, PHP, Microsoft Net, Python, Java, Java script, HTML, CSS, SQL, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Web, desktop and mobile devices
• Provide administrative support for solutions that are in live production
• Provide application support for solutions that are in live production by system upgrade and bug resolution
• Knowledge of project management principles is also an added advantage

Ideal candidate will function as a customer service representative n to clients of the company, over the phone, via e-mail, chat and face to face.
Candidates should posses the following qualities:
• A minimum degree of OND
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Fluency in at least one of the three major Nigerian languages-Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use a computer
• Any call center certification is an added advantage
