Product Marketing/ Business Development Manager (REF: PM1)
Responsibilities
• Primary responsible for the marketing of the Company’s electronic products to both the private and public sectors.
• Acts as interface for the deployment of Solution to clients
• Preparation of strategic/workable marketing plans and objectives
Skills Requirement
• Excellent interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills
• Very strong marketing, analytical and conceptual ability
• Ability to conceptualize new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.
Other Requirements
• Minimum of B. Sc (2nd class division) in Social Sciences/ Computer Science or any related discipline.
• Additional qualification of MBA or other professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in an ICT Company especially in the provision of electronics solutions to the Public Sector.
• Must understand the workings of electronic business and its impact on customer businesses.
Programmers (REF: PG 2)
Responsibilities
• Responsible for analysis, design, development and maintenance of Software Solution
• Coordinate Technical Support for the Marketing Facing Departments.
• Coordinate support for the Market Facing Departments.
• Coordinate support for running applications.
• Project Management
Skills Requirements
• Excellent Interpersonal skill
• Strong analytical and conceptual ability.
Other Requirements
• Minimum of B. Sc (2nd class division) in Computer Science or any related discipline
• Cognate experience in modern system development and applications management
• Ability to use JAVA, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, MSSQL Server.
• Practical experience in Software Development using Portal technologies
• 2-3 years cognate experience
• Not more 30 years of age.
