But Scudamore, the man who initially announced the plan for a 39th FIFA game in 2008, expressed the feeling that he can no longer see it being a viable prospect. He told the Mail on Sunday: The clubs are keen for us to keep developing the concept but we're no nearer. The idea of an extra FIFA game is gone.
