Job Objective/ Purpose of Job:

1. Provision of Information Security Management expertise by providing line management, leadership and strategic direction for the Unit and liaising closely with other managers in ensuring the security of all their information assets.
2. Management of all initiatives to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the organisations’ employee and customer information in compliance of organization policies and standards.
3. Manage and administer a self-defending network for Interswitch’s platform to ensure security against any intrusion and data loss.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Development and execution of the enterprise information security strategy covering all information assets and resources.
Develop and maintain enterprise information security program, policies and processes.
Leads the design and operation of compliance monitoring and improvement initiatives to ensure compliance both with internal security policies and applicable regulations such as Payment card Industry Data Security Standards (PCIDSS).
Manage the implementation and administration of all network firewall and intrusion prevention infrastructure
Define network security policies and processes
Provide quarterly network security posture reports
Ensure periodic internal and external assessment of information systems and network infrastructure.
Performs forensics and reviews of all network security incidents and breaches.
Lead suitable information security awareness, training and educational activities
Lead information security , risk assessments of systems and and controls selection activities
Leads and initiatives activities relating to contingency planning,business continuity management and IT disaster recovery in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and third
Leads , initiates and promotes activities to create information security awareness within the organization
Reviews all system-related security plans throughout the organization's network, acts as a liaison to Information Systems and Technology Infrastructure units.
Reviews firewall configuration and rules and logs of all network security infrastructure.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Qualification: A good degree in Computer or Electrical andElectronics Engineering or any IT related degree with a minimum of 2’2
Professional Qualification: CISM, CCSP required.
Experience 4 years minimum experience with 2 years in similar role.

2. Card, Sales Marketing & Product Management Analyst

Job Objective/ Purpose of Job:
To drive business growth, market penetration, adoption of the Verve brand
To ensure the profitability of Verve card products in own portfolio
To ensure product in terms of features remain relevant & competitive


Regular/daily duties:
Sales planning & funnel population
Proposal writing
Response to RFPs, RFIs
Build strong client relationship
Responsible for achieving set financial targets with respect to sales turnovers and transaction revenue
Render assistance to team members to close sales

To provide database administration support on all live products
To deploy and implement certified products
To provide training to clients/divisions on products deployed
To monitor the behaviours of all live products for the purpose of identifying, reporting and guiding the rectification all bugs/errors in live products
Integrate solutions for clients’ usage.
