Vacancy currently exists for a Human Resource Executive in Smooth Promotions Limited; a Multi-Media Company REPORTING TO: The Head of Business: Smooth Promotions Limited JOB SUMMARY The selected candidate will be responsible all core HR functions to include performance management, recruitment and selection, employee induction and orientation, employee welfare, succession planning and other related HR functions. Creation of relevant HR forms and documents to be used within the organization. Study the strategic objectives of the business and align all HR policies to help achieve the stated objectives. AGE RANGE 22- 35 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE FOR THE POSITION • A good working knowledge of all core HR branches. • Strong interactive and communication skills • Project management experience in the HR field. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE • 1- 5 years experience as a Human Resource Personnel working in an executive/ Middle management position. QUALIFICATION A Bachelor’s/ associate degree in Human Resources or a relevant degree in the Social Sciences or Arts. Professional membership with registered HR body or a masters in a HR related field will be of added advantage. Please note that each candidate must be able to give an account of how he/she has been able to solve problems encountered on the Job related to Managing critical situations and transforming initiatives into results during the interview session. An ability to effectively present facts and figures on these challenges shall be the deciding factor for selecting the ideal candidate.
